The week of August 30, 2010, chapter members will volunteer their time and resources to provide haircuts for the children of residents at the TAP Transitional Living Center. TAP’s Transitional Living Center (TLC) offers transitional housing and nutrition for homeless individuals and families. It differs considerably from emergency shelters in that most shelters limit stays to a few nights and require clients to leave after breakfast.
